It will be a mammoth day of both football and netball at Exies Oval, with the South West Juniors also getting underway this weekend with Griffith Red taking on Temora while Griffith White will be battling it out with the Crows as well.
Heading into the clash, Swans coach Greg Dreyer just wants his side to treat the match as they would any other.
"It is always a good challenge up against Leeton, but it's just another game at the start of the season really," he said.
"We just want to get off to a good start, so playing Leeton adds a bit to it, but it's still the same process we have to go through."
After their clash with the Demons last weekend, Dreyer felt there were positives to be taken from the game.
"There were some good signs, but I think inexperience got us in the end," he said.
"There was enough to suggest that we will improve and get better as the year goes on.
"Our defensive pressure was pretty good. We were chasing and tackling quite well.
"As with everyone, I guess we were a little bit rusty after 18 months off, but on a whole, I think it was really positive.
"Everyone is alright at this stage. It's good to be able to keep the group together and get them some experience."

Heading into the clash with the Crows, the Swans coach said his side will be looking to improve on their consistency which let them down a little against the Demons.
"Our consistency is something that we are going to be working on all year," he said.
"We played quite well in patches, but we also lapsed at times and then came back and then lapsed again, so consistency needs to be worked on."
With there being plenty of action across the fields and courts at Exies Oval on Saturday, the start times have been slightly adjusted.
Under 17.5s will get underway at 11.30am with reserve grade to start at 1.10pm.
First bounce in the main game is set to be around 3.10pm.
