A man is due to face Griffith Local Court after they were found to be driving while intoxicated on Thursday afternoon.
Officers stopped a driver on Clifton Boulevard at 5.30pm on April 9 for a road-side breath test after receiving reports of an intoxicated driver in the area.
The driver - a 24-year-old man - returned a positive result on the breath test and was arrested and taken to the Griffith police station.
A further breath analysis returned a reading of 0.146, with the man's licence immediately suspended and issued with a notice to attend court for driving with a mid-range PCA.

In other police news, a man will face court after he was found to be driving while suspended and in an unregistered car.
Police stopped a vehicle without registration plates on Belah Street in Leeton at 10.25am on April 10.
After officers asked the driver to produce his licence, the man told police he did not have one, with a further identification check indicating the driver's licence has been suspended.
A further check of the vehicle found the registration plates inside the vehicle, with a registration check indicating the car had been unregistered since October 2019.
The man was issued with a notice to attend court.
Another driver will also front court after police caught them driving without a licence.
Officers stopped a vehicle along Kidman Way in Hanwood at 5.15pm on April 10 and when asking the driver - an 18-year-old man - to produce a licence, the driver informed police he did not have one.
Police issued the driver with a notice to attend court for driving while having never held a licence.
Double demerits are still in force until 11.59pm on Monday.
