Zak Hawkins will perform on Friday at the Sporties Club from 7pm. Ian and the Collective will be on stage at Griffith Exies Club from 8pm on Saturday. Smoke and Mirrors perform at the Area Hotel on Saturday from 2pm.
SUMMER CROQUET

Croquet players start from 8.30am every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at the old bowling green next to the Griffith Visitors Centre. Mallets are available for anyone who would like to come along and try their skill, make new friends and enjoy the outing.
PARKRUN GRIFFITH
Weekly, timed five kilometre event starts Saturday
Griffith parkrun begins at Ted Scobie Oval from 8am on Saturday. Everyone from walkers, joggers and runners is welcome. Entry is free.

Exploring why young people leave, return to or stay in regional towns
Dr Candice Boyd's Finding Home exhibition explores the relationship between youth and the towns of Griffith, Port Lincoln and Port Hedland. The exhibition closes on November 7, with Griffith Regional Gallery open only to people double vaccinated.

See the nation without travelling
The Portrait of Australia exhibition features a unique look at the nation's landscape from the Australian Geographic archive. The exhibition is on show at the Griffith Regional Gallery until November 7, with the gallery open only to those double vaccinated.
SUNDAY MARKETS
Fresh food, crafts and more at Griffith Showgrounds
Griffith Rotary's markets open from 7am until midday on Sunday at the Griffith Showgrounds. Stallholders will have everything from fresh fruit and vegetables, pizza bases, fresh honey, jewellery, candles, clothes, preserves and oils, seedlings and plants. Entry is by gold coin donation to Griffith Rotary Club.
CUP DAY RACING
Dalton Park to come alive
On Tuesday November 2, harness racing heats for the Carnival of Cups returns to Dalton Park Griffith, a sensational follow-up to the Melbourne Cup.
