The Panthers were able to withstand an early charge from the Roosters before turning defence into attack, and after a 60-metre break, Lily-Belle Misiloi was able to get over the line.
The Black and Whites started to get a roll on as they made the most of the field position given to them with a repeat set, and Myah Simpson got over in the corner.
To round out the first half, it was from one end to the other for Beyonce Marela, who raced 95 metres and, in a foot race, was able to beat the Roosters defence try to come across and cover and score to see the Black and Whites leading 14-0.
It was a fast start for the Panthers after the halftime break, with Natasha Caqusau able to get on the end of her own grubber while a break near the halfway line from Misiloi saw her race away for her second try of the afternoon.
The Roosters were able to break their duck after a strong break down the wing got the DPC side into decent field position, and Olivia Whelan was able to get over in the corner.
The reprieve was short-lived as the Black and Whites were able to turn on the skills with a good passing combination between Shailyn Williams and Ashleigh Penrith, seeing Penrith able to score before Misiloi wrapped up the 30-point win with her third try of the game.
The win moves the Black and Whites two points clear of the fourth-placed Roosters.
