The side was able to overcome a slow start to pick up the win against CSU, but coach Chris McGregor knows his side need to fix the issue sooner rather than later.
"From the videos that I have watched, we started quite slow against CSU on the weekend, and that is going to be our major focus is to make sure we are starting with a bit of enthusiasm instead of waiting for 20-30 minutes into the game to decide to start playing footy," he said.
"It's just an attitude thing. It is something that we need to recognise, and the boys do, but it is something as a group we need to be changing."

It will be a dangerous game to play against Ag College, and McGregor knows his side might not be able to get away with another slow start.
"We have to start quick on them because if they start and think they are in the competition, they are really able to kick on," he said.
"They are young and inexperienced, but they play with a lot of enthusiasm and with a little bit of confidence, they could be a bit dangerous.
"If you look at their results at the start of the year compared to now, they had a big loss to City on the weekend. City only really got on top of them just after halftime.
"They are a side who have been improving every week, and we have to be able to match them for the first part of the game."
The Blacks will have some changes to the side for this weekend, with McGregor looking to give chances to some of the second graders a chance.
"There will be a few changes to the side to give a couple of blokes a chance from second grade who have been playing really well," he said.
