Golfers continue there solid support for competition at the Griffith Golf Club with 72 players contesting a single stableford last Saturday with the lush fairways seeing scoring at a premium.

Justin Robertson 38 points won A Grade firing 80 off the stick with back to back birdies on the 14th and 15th from Gerry Cox 36 points, runner-up carding seven pars.
Jim Dickie 38 points won B Grade, 86 off the stick with six pars, ahead of Teel Piawi 37 points, carding seven pars.
Taoloa Toru 41 points, best score of the day, won C Grade, draining a birdie on the 7th, from Robert Taylor 38 points, four-point par on the third on a countback over Grant Keily 38 points.
Ken Alpen won the 7th pin, Toru 7th, Jason Bartlett 11th, Jorge Woods 15th, Justin Robertson 16th, Rakii Woetai eagled the 9th.
Vouchers to 32 points.

On a hot day, a strong field of 63 players contested Sunday's medley single stableford.
Xavier Boucher 37 points won A Grade on a countback over Jeffrey Quintrell 37 points, Cabramatta visitor.
Llisoni Koroi 41 points best in B Grade over Paul De Mamiel 36 points on a countback over Alf Franchi 36 points.
Toaloa Toru made it two in a row, taking out C Grade again on 41 points, Wayne Salvestro runner-up 36 points.
Alf Franchi won both pins on the 7th and 11th.

The Second Round of the Brady Painters Red Gum Plate was completed last weekend with one match between A.Ross/A.Webb v A. Weeks/C. Green needing five extra holes for Green and Weeks to claim a win, and they will play T. Catanzariti/R. Cappello in the quarters.
Other quarter-final matches sees M.Blanch/K.Elvy v T.Bennett/J.Magoci; T.Leadbetter/C.Fuchs v T. Anderson/P.Plunett; D.Kidd/A.Andreazza v M.Coleman/B.Hammond.
Matches to be completed by Sunday, February 28.
The B.C, Plumbing Pro-Am will be held on Sunday, March 15 and Monday, March 14.

Bill Brown 36 points best in Div.2 from Cam Woodside 34 points on a countback over Skeet Milne.
Cotterill won the 4th pin, Gerry Cox 8th, Peter Henderson 15th.
