Griffith's headspace has moved from providing face-to-face services to digital consultations and services over the phone as they work to keep providing mental health support to the younger members of the community while reducing the risk of disease transmission.
"This step has been taken to ensure the safety of young people, family and friends, and staff working in the centre," a statement from headspace said.
"We will continue to offer individual services to young people with delivery through phone and online options such as video conferencing which enables us to support the young person face-to-face.
"Supporting young people in challenging times is crucial and headspace Griffith is dedicated to ensuring that those who need it can access help."

Along with the move to digital services, the organisation has also introduced a package of information detailing some management tips people can adopt to adapt to changes to daily life as a result of isolating.
The organisation encourages people to do things that make you feel emotionally and physically safe, engage in activities that promote a sense of calm and take a break from the 24-hour news cycle in order to maintain a healthy headspace.
