Ms Crosato, who was born in Treviso in Italy in 1920 before emigrating to Australia in 1976, celebrated the milestone with a birthday party among friends and family at Scalabrini Lodge.
Ms Crosato's daughter Gianna Piccoli said her mother had made a lot of friends over the course of her 100 years and is deeply passionate about her coffee.
"She's a very popular little lady," Ms Piccoli said.

Well-being coordinator at Scalabrini Lodge Emilio Aramini said Ms Crosato is adored by many at the lodge.
"She's a little favourite around here," he said.
"She's got lots of friends, she adores the pet therapy that comes in ... she really appreciates the simple things in life."
