The tours, which have been operated through the Griffith Visitors Information Centre as part of this year's Spring Fest, kicked off on Friday and will be running on Saturday and Sunday, with a number of different gardens and wineries in each day's itinerary.
Friday's tour saw travellers go to the Taprell, Catanzariti, Careri, De Bortoli and Jones gardens with a stopover at Calabria Family Wines for a wine tasting event.
Guide for the Friday and Saturday's tours Lou Revelant said there has been a number of tourists from the coast jumping on board for the initiative.
"Most of them are either from around the Hunter or the South Coast, I think predominately the South Coast," Mr Revelant said.
"They are getting a good cross-section of the community in terms of the gardens and also the wineries.
"I know the festival's garden committee has been conscious of trying to build on it and differentiate and I think what they've done this year putting the two wineries in conjunction with the gardens is a good move."

More than 25 people climbed on board Friday's bus and Mr Revelant said the boost to tourism numbers is encouraging for the local economy.
"It's good that we have these sort of festivals and bring people into town," Mr Revelant said.
"I think we've gotta continue doing that because Griffith's a bloody long way from anywhere and we need to get people here and keep them here for two or three or four days so hence we need some pretty good programs.
"I think the festival guys have done a good job in including those two wineries in there to break up the gardens and let people experience other things apart form the gardens like our local wineries."
