Free RSA courses aren't what's needed for the hospitality industry, say staff

5,000 fee-free Responsible Service of Alcohol courses will be on offer in a bid to support new workers entering the hospitality industry and help ease the pressure on hospitality venues, but current staff say it's not what's needed.
