The 'Best Customer Service' award was based on the results of customer satisfaction surveys sent out to customers, which saw the Griffith store reach 99 out of 100 in overall customer satisfaction.
Store franchisee Glennis Damini has been with the store since 1993 when it opened said the win was 'huge' and 'very satisfying'.
"Our focus has always been customer service, what we are striving to do we are achieving which is very exciting," Mrs Damini said.
"For me it's all about helping the customer, it's more than a job it's a passion and we all have that passion."
According to Mrs Damini, the key to good customer service was patience, understanding and building relationships.
"Patience is absolutely key," Mrs Damini said.
"It's all about finding the right shoe for someone and their needs and specific foot type.

"Doing this creates a rapport with customers and helps us build relationships, many relationships which have seen us look after our customers feet for a lengthy period of time."
Mrs Damini first started as a casual at the store as a mother with four young children, eventually purchasing half a share with a friend.
After her friend moved on, she bought her out, selling a quarter share to her colleague Angela Foscarini who is planning on taking over as franchisee once she choose to retire.
