The handicapper slapped 2 minutes 30 seconds onto Jai Kenny's handicap. Kenny responded by taking 1 minute 47 seconds off last weeks' time and was again the first long course runner to cross the line with a net time of 27 minutes 16 seconds.
A couple of long shots took 2nd and 3rd place. Stewart Wood 34 minutes 19 seconds last stood on the podium in December 2019 and Richard West 35 minutes 40 seconds was last in the winner's circle in February 2020.
There were no surprises in the short course with the usuals finishing in the top placings. Ashley Pianca 17 minutes 11 seconds was 1st followed by Lynsey Pasin 16 minutes 55 seconds and after a late Friday night at the Feral's presentation dinner Elio Minato 20 minutes 17 seconds was 3rd.
Pioneer Park's Myall Hall was the venue for the annual presentation dinner. Di Keenan and John Johns were elevated into the Feral's Hall of Fame.
John Farronato with 49 runs accumulating 308.6 km during the year claimed the Wardell Waddle trophy and the Junior Waddle went to Chloe Morshead.

The Peter Quade encouragement award went to Elizabeth Barker and Adrian Baird was awarded the Red-Hot Crack trophy.
This trophy goes to a Feral who through the season has not won a competition but who was close in each competition.
