It was the defending champions who were able to score the first try of the match, with Georgia Fuller able to draw the defence and create a gap to score.
The lead was short-lived, with Snow's able to hit straight back when Lily-Bele Misiloi was able to dive over.
The sides traded tries once again, with Ella Morrissey able to spot a gap to score, but Snow's were able to equalise quickly off the restart with Johane Oberholzer getting over.
Snows were able to get a bit of a run on lead by Misiloi, who provided a cut-out pass for Sharnia Williams, who was open in the corner and able to score, while Cella Bonetti was also able to make the most of a precision pass from Misiloi to give their side a two-try lead.
Misiloi was able to score her second of the night to see the lead grow to 5-2 before an unfortunate incident saw the game put on hold.
With two minutes remaining in the first half, Luna Wild's Mia Paton was running the ball up as her side looked to get back into the game before stopping suddenly and going down with a dislocated knee which forced the first half to come to an early close.

While Paton was taken care of, the remainder of the women's grand final was moved across to a vacant field.
Snow's struck first in the second half to push the side out to a four-try advantage before Fuller scored her second of the evening to give her side a chance of coming back.
With four minutes remaining in the final, Luna Wild looked to be mounting a late charge lead by a try to Breeanna Coelli, who was able to find space out wide and score in the corner.
Misiloi put a dampener on that charge as she crossed to score her third of the game, but Luna Wild wasn't going down without a fight as Fuller crossed for her third try for the night.
Time ran out on Luna Wild, and Snow's were able to secure their second title in three years with a 7-5 victory.
Luna Wild's Breeanna Coelli was awarded the Most Valuable Player for the final.
