Griffith will take on Temora in the Hedditch Cup while Lake Cargelligo will return for their second crack at trying to take the Creet Cup away from the holders.
Griffith coach Tim Rand said while the troops will be stretched they will be able to get two teams on the park come Sunday.
"We are a little bit stretched with the 16s going over to Cootamundra," he said.
"We have lost probably five or six players to that, but we should be able to get two up which is exciting.
"You look back four or five years ago, and there would have been no chance. I'm very happy with how we sit at the moment, and I'm sure we will be competitive in both games."
Theo Valeri will miss the Hedditch clash as he will be playing in Albury for the Wodonga while Reece Matheson is also away this weekend.
Rand feels this is a great chance for some of the Creet players to push for a permanent position in the side.
"We are a couple down on that one, but the blokes that are coming in will be able to do the job," he said.
"It is a good chance for them to showcase their skills in the first team and try to stay in there."
After the washed-out representative game last weekend it has prompted a reaction from the GDCA with covers set to be put down to ensure that both matches are able to be played this weekend.
"To be honest I was a bit disappointed that we got a washout on Sunday because you don't like to see rep games getting washed out," he said.
"That has brought about the decision to put the covers on and try to get two games up. I would hate to see two weeks in a row get washed out."
