Marchiori Construction kept their undefeated start to the season alive after a convincing 14-6 win over Sumans Engineering on Monday evening.

It was a fast start for the Marchiori side with Christian Callcut getting over in the corner before it looked like Jordan Crowe would score his first but stumbled just before the line.
It mattered little as Michael Johns found his way over the line making the most of the field position before Sumans pulled a try back with Kieran Casey getting over the line.
Marchiori ran away with the game from that point with Crowe scoring two quick tries while Brendan Giason, Bede Kenny and Christian Callcut finding their way over the line to give Marchiori a 7-1 lead at the break.
The ladder leaders start the second half strong with Crowe completing his hat-trick while Giason crossed for his second soon after.
The sides traded tries with Sumans' Aiden Serafin crossing before Matt Kenny restored the eight-try lead.
Chris Palmer and Dean Villata were able to score two quick tries for Sumans as they tried to mount a fightback before Crowe combined with Zac Whitworth to see him score in the corner.
Anthony and Joseph Macri scored for Sumans while for Marchiori, Giason completed his hat-trick while Whitworth got over for his second and Rodney Savage also found his way over the line.
Dean Villata looked like he had pulled another try back right on the siren before he was chased down by Whitworth to secure a 14-6 win for Marchiori.
It was a tight battle in the other men's top division game with Tim Trims/James Fallon Building taking a 9-7 win over Toxic.
The two undefeated teams in the women's top division were able to keep their perfect records intact. Luna Wild was able to pick up a 13-2 win over Dr Bortz Heart Racers while Snows Excavation came away with a 7-0 win over John Dodd Pharmacy.
F45 Training was able to keep pace with the top two sides with a 17-3 win over Tropeano Harvesting.
