Both sides came into the game off the back of victories in the first round last week, and it was a fast start with Lily Beltrame getting over for Snows before Tyler Hulm answered straight away for F45.
Snows retook the lead with Johane Oberholzer diving over just before being tagged before Mel Bonetti spotted a gap out wide and lopped a pass to Maddison Casey who found her way to the line to give her side a two-try lead.
F45 responded quickly with the Lolotonga sisters, Amilia and Mele both finding their way over the line before a cut-out pass from Eliza Baddock saw Neda Amiatu able to cross and give their side a 4-3 lead at the break.
The F45 side continued where they left off in the second half to push their lead out to two tries with Kayla Panazzolo able to get over.
A quick-fire hat-trick to Bianca Sutton turned the game in favour of the Snows' side turning a two-try deficit into a one try lead heading into the later stages of the game.
Baddock and Amiatu combined again to see Amiatu score her second for the match and bring the sides back level and it looked as if that would be how the game would end.
There would be late drama, however, with Mel Bonetti able to find a hole in the F45 defence and give Snows a one try lead just before the final siren sounded to give her side a 7-6 win.
In the other women's top division games, Tropeano Harvesting picked up a 3-0 win of S.J.R Industries while Luna Wild secured an 11-1 victory against John Dodd Pharmacy.
There was a tight clash in the men's top division as well when Marchiori Construction took on Tim's Trims/James Fallon Building. Marchiori was able to score the first two tries of the game with Brendan Giason and Jordan Crowe finding the line early.
Tim's Trims pulled one back with a Jonathon Morris stretch pass finding Tim McIntosh in the corner, but Mick Duncan restored his side's two-try lead soon after. Bailey Jones-Lewis found the line for Tim's Trims just before halftime to make it 3-2 in favour of Marchiori.
A second try to McIntosh pulled the scores level in the second half, however, a second try to Giason gave Marchiori a 4-3 victory.
In the other men's division one game, Toxic defeated Summons Engineering 9-5.
