It will be the first time the sides have ever faced off, and Yoogali coach Luke Santolin said his side was looking forward to the clash.
"Yeah it is brilliant and will provide a nice little side story to the overall competition, and hopefully it will be a good matchup," he said.
"We tagged this match-up on the calendar and especially seeing as it is a home game against another Riverina side you don't need to try too hard to add a bit of romance to it.
"The boys are keen as mustard to put their best foot forward in both grades."
A quick look at the table shows how closely match the two teams could be with first grade fighting it out at the top of the table while in the under 23s the sides will battle it out for a chance to climb into the top four.
Santolin said it is important that his side doesn't get too far ahead of each other after their undefeated start to the season.
"We didn't know what to expect, and we have just been attacking each game as best as we could, and the results have been coming. With that comes the danger of complacency, so we need to make sure we maintain our levels," he said.
"I think it gets harder as the year goes on, so I'm glad this match has come when it has because we want to make sure we are still red hot and ready to go."
In positive news for the club at for both the under 23s and first grade is a near clean bill of health meaning both sides will head into their games at almost full strength.
"We should be just about full strength and might have a couple more come back in the under 23s," he said.
"Andrew Vitucci played 60 minutes, and he will start again in 23s this weekend so both sides should be at full strength."
This weekend will be the last home game of the season for the Yoogali side, so Santolin is looking to send their fans off with a great performance.
"We want to make a good impression in front of the few fans we are allowed to have and for our sponsors who we value so much," he said.
The action will get underway on Sunday at Solar Mad Stadium with the under 23s kicking off at 11.45am with the first grade following at 2pm.
