Griffith's Dave Taylor Park will be hosting 'Walkabout Barber' Brian Dowd, who will be providing haircuts along with a workshop on trauma and recovery.
Mr Dowd is an indigenous trauma and recovery specialist with 16 years of experience and will be part of an event run through the Department of Communities and Justice in conjunction with Griffith City Council and a number of local organisations.

The event will also see stalls and craft activities set up along with a water-slide, an indigenous dance display and a free barbeque.
The day will kick off at 9am and is due to run until 4pm before heading off to Leeton on Tuesday and Albury on Wednesday.
