The discovery was made at the Wakaden Street school on Saturday morning, before students were set to take music workshops.
Police say the vandals broke into a business by damaging the border fence, before damaging around $500 worth of roofing tiles.
A caravan parked out the back was also damaged.
It's believed the vandals then made their way to the school, smashing windows and causing massive amounts of damage.
It was the second school to be vandalised over the weekend, with damage discovered at a Poole Street school on Monday morning.
