Sophie Bozic, Amelia Lolotonga and Neda Amiatu all featured in the side who were able to take the competition by storm on Saturday afternoon.
The side also featured the appearance of up-and-coming rugby league talent Tess Staines who delivered a starring cross code debut.
The Leeton teenager, who played at fullback for NSW in the first under-18 State of Origin clash this year, was superb for the Reddies, who beat Canberra ViQueens convincingly in the women's cup final.
Looking for more number the Reddies sent out an SOS, with Staines one of a handful of quality 'ring-ins' that helped the club win the title on its first attempt.
"We've got a couple of girls in the Reddies who play for (rugby league's) Riverina Bulls as well. We needed some numbers and she (Staines) put her hand up and she was phenomenal," CSU coach Andy Bedford said.
"She said league's her priority but if she was able to fit in some rep footy in rugby union she wouldn't rule it out, she really enjoyed the game."
A number of teams from Canberra, as well as touring teams from other regions, joined the locals across men's, women's and junior divisions.
The Griffith Blacks sent across a men's side who unfortunately fell to Riverina Fiji in the semifinal stage after putting in strong performances against Linfield Rugby, Dhumut Bulls and Macquarie University.
In the men's cup final Western Barbarians proved too strong for Riverina Fiji, Korturaga Rugby accounted for Unsuitable Aardvarks while Wagga City took out of the men's bowl.
Other winners: West Lionesses (women's plate), Brumbies (under-17 boys cup), Canberra Vikings (under-17 boys plate), Brumbies (under-17s girls cup), West Lionesses (under-17 girls plate).
