After the Leagues side won the toss and elected to bat they made a solid start with Ryan Greenaway and Matt Kennan getting their team to 26 after just three overs before Ben Signor struck to removed Greenaway (11)
The young Coro quick would prove to be a thorn in the side of Leagues as he picked up Keenan (4) and skipper Reece Matheson (4) the next over to see the Panthers fall to 3/40 after six overs.
Connor Edenden and Liam Greenaway attempted to restore some composure to their side's innings with a 30-run partnership before Jack Hutchinson (1/30) struck to remove Greenaway (12).
Edenden (32) would prove to be the last Leagues batsmen to get a start with Dean Bennett (3/8), Mark Burns (2/14) and Signor (4/30) taking the remaining six wickets to see the Panthers bowled out for 116 in 34 overs.
The Panthers knew that if they were to have any chance picking up the win, they would need to make an early breakthrough.
Tim Rand and Dean Bennett got their side to 18 before Fawad Shah found his line to knock over Bennett (6), but the wicket did little to dent the confidence of the Cougars.
Coro skipper Hayden Pascoe joined Rand out in the middle and the pair set about getting their side into a comfortable position.
The second-wicket partnership was able to add 40 runs before Pascoe (33) was caught off the bowling Liam Greenaway and Leagues would have been hoping to use the wicket to turn the momentum in their favour.
The Rand brothers didn't give them a chance, however, and with Rob joining Tim out in the middle the pair were able to get their side to within 21 runs of victory before Tim (25) was caught by Raj Singh off the bowling of Edenden (1/9).
Ben Signor (10*) join Rob Rand (28*) out in the middle as Coro got home for the seven-wicket win with 15.4 overs remaining
