The player-coach has been instrumental in his side's undefeated season, winning three matches from three against some tough opposition.
The lead man has stated he believes that his side will fare well in his absence, crediting the team's success to the game knowledge held by his players.
"I know they can control the ship so it doesn't bug me too much that I'm not there," Cullen said.
"I think everyone else is available player-wise, so there's no reason why we can't obviously repeat what we did over there, at home."
West End Sports Stadium will host the two sides on October 26, with West Wyalong and Narrandera also playing in their reverse fixture.
When Griffith took on Leeton in round one, the scoreline read 89 to 64.
Round two saw a tight 84 to 76 late victory for the Demons against West Wyalong.
Round three was a demolition job over Narrandera, 98 to 62.

Leeton captain-coach Ty Fletcher believes his team had a reasonable start in the opening round of the season. But in their loss to the Demons, he feels his side let Griffith capitalise after they were unable to find the basket.
"They just caught us off guard in that second quarter," Fletcher explained.
"West Wyalong and Griffith are probably the two teams to beat this year.
"As long as we can fix up some of the mistakes we made last weekend at training on Friday, we will be right."
It remains to be seen who will walk away as the victor on Saturday night, as both sides have their own motivation for winning.
The Demons will be looking to cement their position at the top of the table by attaining more league points, while Leeton will be hoping to claw their way back into the contest, after some mixed results and tough opposition.
