It took until the 18th minute of the first half for the deadlock to be broken with Josh Charles able to use his side to push over the line to see the Three Ways United side leading 4-0 as the half time siren sounded.
It didn't take nearly as long for the first points of the second half to be scored with Mathew Lyons able to make a 90-metre break before scoring under the post to make it 10-0.
Ben Jeffery secured the Griffith side's progression through to the semi-final after a strong break from Robbie Simpson Junior giving his team the field position with Jeffery putting the finishing touches on the move and wrapping up a 22-0 win.
Three Ways will now take on Waterloo Storm for a space in the grand final.
The other Riverina sides, Dindima and Narrandera Wiradjuri Warriors, faced off in the quarter-finals stages.
