Not only will the sides face off for possession of the Jack Carroll Cup - a special piece of silverware named after a former player for both sides who tragically passed away in 2009 - but a win for both sides could prove crucial to deciding where they finish in the top five.
The Tigers are level on points with Yanco-Wamoon at the top of the ladder but lead the Hawks on percentage, with victory over the Roosters likely to be enough to ensure the Tigers' first minor premiership since 2010.
However, the Roosters are looking to grab a victory which could push the side past West Wyalong and into third place, ensuring a second chance come finals time.
But Roosters captain Josh Veivers believes the most important challenge for the side will be to stay healthy heading into the finals.
"It's probably a nothing game for us to be honest," he said.
"West Wyalong probably have third wrapped up as they should be able to get past Lakes, but on the off chance they lose, we will need to do our best.
"For us the most important thing will be to stay healthy heading into finals and I am sure that's what the Waratahs will want to do as well."
The Roosters will be bolstered by the return of Johnny Walker to the line up, with the Scottish international returning for his second match of the season, having played in April against Tullibigeal Lake Cargelligo.

Darlington Point Coleambally have been in strong form since coming off the bye seven rounds ago, winning six of their seven matches, with their only defeat during that time being a 40-18 loss to West Wyalong two rounds ago.
The side ran in nine tries last round against Leeton in a 52-12 victory at Darlington Point Sportsground.
Meanwhile the Tigers come into the match off the back of the bye, with their last match a 38-14 loss to Leeton Greens at No. 1 Oval two rounds ago.
However, the side has not lost to the Roosters in more than two years, with the Roosters' last victory over the Tigers being a 28-17 win at Darlington Point Sportsground in May 2017.
The first grade clash will get under way at 3pm on Saturday at Exies Oval.
In the other games, Yanco-Wamoon will have a chance to take the title away from the Tigers when they travel to face Leeton on Sunday.
The Hawks have the benefit of knowing their title-rivals' result heading into the clash, with a win enough to secure the minor premiership for the Hawks if the Tigers fall to the Roosters on Saturday.
West Wyalong will look to secure third place when they host Tullibigeal Lake Cargelligo at Ron Crowe Oval.
The Mallee Men are level on points with the Roosters heading into the final round but lead on percentage.
Finally, Yenda Blueheelers and Hay will clash at Wade Park while Griffith Black and Whites have the bye.
