Held on Thursday July 12 at 4.45pm in the Griffith Regional Theatre foyer, you will receive all the answers to any questions you may have, and come away with information enabling you to decide if this opportunity is for you.
Committee member Lachlan Pendlebury says teachers working for the conservatorium will receive the benefits of employment – an attractive option versus the “ease” of working from home.
Several instrumental teaching staff members have already completed inductions, and held introductory workshops with Griffith East Public School.
RSVP by calling Mr Pendlebury on 0422307159.
Community groups and supporters are already climbing on board in helping the conservatorium find it’s feet here in Griffith.
Griffith East Rotary Club was proud to present the Murrumbidgee Regional Conservatorium with a grant to help get the institution up and running.
The grant of $2000 will go towards refurbishing a building for the conservatorium’s use, set to start in the next few months.
Club president Cyril Ceddia was proud to present the cheque to conservatorium’s Lachlan Pendlebury on Wednesday.

“They impressed us with their presentation and we can see how much the community can benefit from having a facility such as this here in Griffith,” Mr Ceddia said.
Conservatoriums provide private music tuition in a range of instruments and voice, music theory, ensemble opportunities, music lessons in schools and early childhood music lessons.
