Ms Barnby has just come back from competing in the Mornington Peninsula Body Building Titles on March 25, and came away with an impressive four placings, qualifying her for the World Titles in Thailand.
She came second in the Bikini Mommas and the novice section, and third in the over 30's section as well as in the Bikini Open.
The young mum overcame a bout of sickness to compete, and while still felt quite unwell, nothing could hold back her competing spirit.
“It was very hard in this competition, I was quite sick and found it very difficult to pose properly, so to get the results and placings I have, it’s a great feeling,” Ms Barnby said.
“Next time I am definitely aiming for a first place, it would be amazing to see the hard work pay off.”
Ms Barnby competed in bodybuilding competitions last year, placing in state and national competitions for body building, and topped off an outstanding 2017 by coming third in the Ms Bikini Mommas section at the Natlympia I Compete Natural (ICN) World Titles.

The hours and money needed to compete in body building championships is no barrier to Ms Barnby, who’s dedication has inspired other mothers to train insane.
“In two weeks time, another two girls I have been training with are competing in the Clash at the Coast down at Batemans Bay, and then again in two weeks time we are competing in the Adelaide Titles.”
