Yvette Pastro and Monica Beckman from Griffith Aged Support Service were heart warmed by the fun had by both grandparents and their grandchildren.
“We organised the day to show the grandchildren that spending time with their grandparents is a fun thing, and they can still have a good time,” Ms Pastro said.
Carmela Borgnolo attended the event with her grandchildren, triplets Brianna, Damien and Brendan Codemo.
“It’s really fun, we have never been bowling with grandma before, it’s her first time, she’s a pretty good bowler,” Damien said.
“I’m enjoying this very much,” Grandma Codemo said.
