While the count has continued, the numbers have not yet been updated from the weekend's initial tally.
Currently, Doug Curran's ticket has taken an impressive lead with 1503 first preference votes. Curran himself has almost a quarter of first preferences, matching his impressive mayoral run currently eclipsing the other candidates with over 3000 of the 6827 votes currently counted.
Behind Curran's trio however, Sutton and Napoli's tickets are close behind with 16.9 per cent and 14.1 per cent respectively.
Sutton's ticket holds 778 of first preference votes, with Napoli's ticket holding 649.
Nearly all of those votes are from above the line, with only Ms Napoli and Mr Sutton from the tickets holding significant first preference votes themselves.
Following the first three are Zappacosta's ticket with 439 votes, Croce's with 327, Stead's with 206 and lastly Andreazza's ticket with 188.

Over in the ungrouped section, Jenny Ellis has the lead with just under five per cent of the count. Jenny Ellis holds 201 votes, Rina Mercuri holds 165, Michael Crump has 125 and Robert Campbell trails behind at 23.
The election's still too early to call, especially with the postal ballots set to be counted over the next two weeks.
