Coleambally received less rain over the weekend, allowing them to get a pitch prepared in time for the second-grade match.
The Nomads won the toss and elected to bat but would have wondered if that was the right decision.
Ben Fattore was able to pick up two wickets in his first over, while Craig Lugton picked up Nathan Hodgson (0) before Fattore (4/6) added another two to have Coleambally reeling at 5/10 after six overs.
Neil Burke (14) was the only Nomad to get into double digits as Lugton (4/3), Kailish Dave (1/7), and Masoom Patel (1/9) picked up the remaining wickets to see Coleambally bowled out for 52.
The Nomads were able to make a couple of early wickets, with Shaun Iddles (2/13) picking up the wickets of Brian Corner (0) and Fattore (11).

This ends the preliminary rounds of the second grade Twenty20 competition, and Leagues will take on Hanwood in the final on March 6.
