The main event will be held on Saturday, but there will be plenty of action on track on Tuesday for those looking to get their racing fix.
President of the Griffith Harness Racing Club, Denis Conroy, says everything is looking great ahead of the two nights of racing.
"Things are still looking good, and we are still able to have crowds," he said.
"We have been hard at work preparing the grounds and having everything in order. Everything is ready to go in that quarter, so we are just hoping we can get a crowd and that we can get good fields."
Conroy reminded racegoers that they would need to be double vaccinated to get into the event on both days.

There will also be a special race on Saturday to honour the late George Duncan.
"He was a great supporter of the club and on the committee," he said.
"He passed away of cancer 12 months ago in the midst of COVID, so we will be honouring him with a final on Saturday night."
There will be full-on course TAB facilities, and there will be a bookmaker on Saturday with bar and canteen facilities available.
