Tegan Page told The Area News that she loved all things Halloween and looked forward to welcoming trick or treaters to her house, which she has painstakingly prepared with an array of decorations. "I have always loved Halloween since I was a kid," Miss Page said. "So it is good fun to get really into the spirit of the occasion here in Griffith and go all out by decorating the house."
This year Miss Page will be dressing up as the devil, but in previous years has dressed up as a 'bloody nurse'.

Hanna Bada said Halloween was a great way to bring the community together. "The kids just love it," Mrs Bada said. "Just the other day a little boy was walking past our house in the day and told his mum that Halloween was his favourite and that he wanted to come back and see our house all lit up at night."
Mrs Bada and her family have painstakingly put up a serious of spooky decorations, including light up decorations in their front yard even putting together a spooky scene that is being projected from the street into one of their windows.
"It just makes me so happy to decorate and see how much our neighbors and the kids love it," Mrs Bada said.
