The new community centre was funded through an election promise ahead of the 2019 state election, with $3.6 million spent on the building, which also houses the Western Riverina Country University Centre.
Centre co-ordinator Peta Dummett has been working over the last four weeks with staff and volunteers to make the centre operational.
Just two offices in the centre are vacant with community services providers making the move to the new centre.
"It's great to see the new centre filling up," Ms Dummett said.
"We've had a few hurdles setting up the new building and will hopefully have our communication links online soon.
"This is the community's space and you're welcome to share your ideas and we'll help put them into practice."
Ms Dummett said some of the centre's programs had begun and Wellways would soon be running their first cooking group in the commercial kitchen.
She said Western Riverina Community College had held training sessions, the Griffith Riverina Fellowship of Australian Writers had met and support groups including Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and GROW had started running their meetings.

Ms Dummett said it was just the start of what was planned.
"We've got big plans ahead including mental health workshops on the horizon," she said.
Ms Dummett said with all the extra space in the new building the community were welcome to run their own programs.
"We want to make this centre a place of fun, support and social inclusiveness," she said.
"We will be giving people the opportunity to put their skills into practice.
"If people whelp out at the centre they can hone their customer service and administration skills, graphic design skills or showcase their culture through food, dance or language.
"We want to invite people from our community into our community centre to share, learn and enjoy the space that we have."
