Griffith Touch sent out a statement late last week to inform players that they are continuing to monitor the situation and how best to proceed with their Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday competitions.
"Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the Griffith Touch Association summer competitions will be revised according to the easing of lockdown situation and Public Health orders," the statement read.

"Once the announcement is made that community sporting competitions can proceed, the Griffith Touch Association will open nominations for teams."
There could be a reduction in the length of the season depending on when community sport is able to return, and fees associated with playing will also be impacted by the length of the season.
