It will be the second time the club has supported the event after success in 2019, which saw the Swans raise a substantial amount of money in the fight against Motor Neurones Disease.
"I think last time around we raised in excess of $30,000, and it's such a good cause if we are able to do the same again, we will be pretty happy," club president Jeff Harris said.
The side into the bucket will take place at 1.30pm with club identities all taking the plunge into the freeze cold water.
It could be a colourful sight for spectators with Harris going down in a mankini should he raise $5000.
"I received the said mankini today, and it does not leave much to the imagination," he joked.
"I think there might need to be some tweaks so that the spectators aren't damaged long term."
