Projects achieved by the association are pumped sewerage and potable water, a new bridge over the main canal on the Bilbul road entrance, new gates and fencing at the Yenda Cemetery and placement of gravel throughout the cemetery, and endless hours of work to get the new flood gates at East Mirrool.

Metal Detecting Country NSW will host a detecting and prospecting field day will be held on July 31 and August 1. Major sponsor Aussie Detectorist will be there with their mobile shop, and thank you to all the sponsors including Grappy's gold buyers, Gold Rat Highbankers, and Johnny Hobos Gold, just to name a few. Treasure Chat will be there writing an article on the day which will be published in their magazine which is Australia's biggest treasure hunting dedicated news outlet. With prospecting equipment on display and stalls with coins, bottles, Gem stones and collectibles.
Over $1500 worth of prizes are on offer and finding treasures from years ago.
