The Mallee Men had the flow of play early and scored the first two tries, with Cameron Miller scoring under the post while Sterling Ross was able to get the ball down.
Yenda hit back shortly after, with Brock Potts getting over before Josh Lavemai closed the gap further.
The Mallee Men's experience proved to be the deciding factor as Brodie McKenzie got over before Ross and Miller scored their second of the afternoon.

Yenda tried to get themselves back into the game and closed to within four points when Connah Teaupa got over by the game was put to bed when McKenzie crossed for his second to give West Wyalong a 30-22 victory.
Wyalong will play their catch-up game against TLU next weekend, while Yenda will head to Leeton for a clash with the top of the table Greens.
