VOTERS NEED TO SEE CHARACTER
Concerning the controversy over Donald Trump, as of late. This man just can't win for he is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't, never the less, America was much safer when he held the reins.

Many people in nation's worldwide are now also realising that their safety (without him in charge of America) is also in jeopardy, what America has governing it now leaves much to be desired.
When Trump was in control the people didn't have to like him, but they knew that as they still do now where they stood with him.
Trump presented himself as a man not given to "caving in", a favourable attribute for leadership.
Instead rather as a man who put his foot down with a firm hand and stood his ground, however Americans felt they needed change.
Now they are experiencing what it feels like to have allowed what they had to escape them, they had to lose what they had (in Trump) to enable them to realise what they had kept them in a much better place to be.
This decision to oust Trump is proving to be a costly lesson not only to them but people in nations worldwide.
The fumbling decisions by America's present administrators is causing upheaval and menacing threats everywhere.
It wasn't clever to have discarded "steadfast and unmovable authority" like many Americans chose to do for they and the world are now paying dearly for the consequences of their actions.
We too once had such a strong leader here in Tony Abbott and we too saw many who were hellbent on discarding him because he wasn't supposed to have measured up to their expectations of him.
Instead they ran in preference of another.
What they got was just airy fairy nonsense and disappointment.
Our leaders here (of all persuasions) could learn some valuable lessons from Donald Trump, like the importance of "consistency", the will to serve and above all reinforce with enough faith that is the substance of things hoped for the very evidence of things unseen.
Were they to exercise this they would be surprised at what faith properly directed, can accomplish.
Australians need to see strength of character at the helm, the kind displayed by One Nation, never wavering, always telling how it really is.
Add to this Warren Mundine and Cory Bernardi, voices we need to hear.

PUT HIGH VOLTAGE LINE UNDERGROUND
There is much concern in regional Australia about the negative effect that transmission lines have on pastoral vistas.
The 900 km TransGrid line from SA to Wagga, while important for the national grid, is the latest example ("Power line gets green light", June 4 in The Area News).
While it costs more, putting the power lines underground, as Germany legislated in 2015, would be respectful to local landholders and communities through which it will pass. It would be worth contacting Moorabool Shire Council which has demonstrated that putting the 200 km AusNet transmission line underground in Western Victoria is feasible.
