The Blacks took control of the match from minute one, running circles around the Phantoms.
Final score of the game was 42-0 for the Blacks, who had one close call with Leeton coming within metres of a try but fumbling at the last second.
Other than that, the Blacks dominated the field, scoring tries in quick succession and running straight through the Phantoms, in an ironic twist on Leeton's namesake.
To their credit, the Phantoms weren't discouraged and put up a strong game to the last minute and weren't demoralised by the Blacks impressive scores. The Blacks just had speed that the Phantoms didn't, taking off up the field several times and deftly avoiding any obstacles.
The Griffith team remains undefeated for the season, putting them comfortably at the top of the ladder with 40 points. Leeton has gotten to a rough start with only one win so far, after defeating Hay in round six.
The Griffith women's team has a bye next week, and will then go up against Hay on June 19. Leeton will be playing Albury next week at Murrayfield oval.
