The singer reached out on social media, saying he would be happy to use the Sebastian Foundation to bring the 'Open Parachute' program to local schools.
"I would like to help," Sebastian wrote on Member for Murray Helen Dalton's Facebook page. "I have asked the manager of my charity ... to get in touch with you regarding a program we could implement in your schools that can help."
"We would be happy to cover the costs for this and it can be ready to implement in days."

Open Parachute is a United States-based mental health program currently expanding into Australian schools.
The program uses custom documentaries to "inspire students to engage in honest dialogue about their own wellbeing" and covers issues like bullying, body image, grief, anxiety and depression.
According to Mrs Dalton, the Sebastian Foundation has offered to fund the implementation of the program in 20 schools across the Murray electorate.
"I really think it's just wonderful that he has seen the need and this foundation that has been set up by him is going to come in and give us a hand," Mrs Dalton said.
"I've got in touch with schools and some have already taken up the offer."
Mrs Dalton says Sebastian's "amazing" offer has galvanised the community and she has received a wave of people looking to help.
"Since he offered his support others have come out and said they'll give a hand as well," she said.
"Marc Johnson of Griffith Anytime Fitness has offered to send trainers to schools to do fun exercise classes and a number of constituents have asked where they can make donations."
"And a number of constituents asked where they can make donations."
