On Saturday morning, more than a dozen Griffith youngsters attended a Youth Art Workshop co-ordinated by local artist Isis Ronan, more commonly known as Succa Mum.
The children released their inner Picasso as they followed Succa Mum's step-by-step instructions and painted a collection of colourful Monstera leaves.
The event was part of the Street Scapes festival, and Mrs Ronan said it was great to have kids enjoying art right in the middle of the Griffith community.
"The main reason I wanted to do it was just to bring youth into the middle of the street to paint so that everybody can see the amazing work they're doing," Mrs Ronan said.
"The kids all really enjoy the step-by-step painting process and I think everybody really had fun."
