The Netball NSW Executive General Manager Community & Pathways is making the most of being able to get out and about after COVID ruined chances of doing that last year.
"I was new into this role last year, so I wanted to make sure that I could come out and see the people on the ground with the grassroots netball," he said.
"It is good to see things getting a little bit back to normal after the year that we endured last year. It is fantastic to see and fantastic to hear about the plans for the new venue, so all these girls will be out there at a brand new venue next year."

Another goal of the trip was to see where communication could be improved between those on the ground and head office.
"I hope that there is a benefit for the people on the ground to see someone from the head office and show that we care and that we do want to help where we can," he said.
