Now in its fifth year, Curry and Jam will be held on Friday, April 30 in the Binya Hall with live music and dancing under the stars, plus a delicious curry dinner provided by the Sikh community and wines by Yarran Wines.
All profits go towards assisting local youth to pursue their education goals.
"The primary reason to go is it supports the CEF, we basically give disadvantaged kids in our community a chance to get some extra funding to further their education," the CEF's Sherene Blumer said.
"It is our number one fundraiser, it's usually a really fun night, with two bands playing and a beautiful Indian meal going with it."
Last year, despite Curry and Jam not going ahead, the Griffith Country Education Foundation was able to assist 19 local students.
"We had to be a bit creative last year, because Curry and Jam had to be cancelled ," Ms Blumer said.
"This funding will go towards next year, as we've allocated funding for kids this year.
"We try to sponsor 20 kids a year, basically the minimum amount they get is $1000 and some get up to $4000 depending on their disadvantage.
It usually makes a huge difference to those kids," Ms Blumer said.
