Officers from Barrier Highway Patrol Dareton allege they detected the 25-year-old man driving 141km/h in a 110km/h zone at about 5:45pm on Thursday, January 28.
After being stopped by police, the man provided a positive breath test result and was then taken to Dareton Police Station, where he allegedly returned a reading of 0.074.
Police say further checks revealed the license he had shown to officers was suspended.
The Griffith man received infringement notices for exceeding the speed limit and low range drink driving.
He was also issued a Field Court Attendence Notice for driving while suspended, and a driver license suspension notice.
A defect notice was issued for his vehicle, a white Toyota Prado, which was found to be unroadworthy.
The man will appear before Wentworth Local Court on April 6.
