Strike Force Currandooley is investigating the supply of crystal methamphetamine, or ice, across the region.
One property in Yoogali and two in Narrandera are being searched by police officers.
Murrumbidgee Police District Commander Superintendent Craig Ireland said five men aged between 35 and 45 would be charged for allegedly supplying a commercial quantity of methamphetamine.
Superintendent Ireland said two of the men were from Narrandera, while there was one each from Yoogali, Griffith and Leeton.
"Ice is a particularly harmful drug and usually leads to problems for the user and has a negative impact on the community in general," Superintendent Ireland said.
"Our local police will continue to target people involve in the supply of ice. I expect this investigation will continue."
