Emergency services were called to Merungle Road near Hillston north-west of Griffith at 8.30pm.
A 44-year-old female driver had been ejected from a Toyota Hilux utility after it left the road and rolled.
She also died at the scene but is yet to be formally identified.
Crews from the Wagga and Junee NSW Volunteer Rescue joined police and ambulance teams in attendance on Oura Road at 10.30 on Friday night after reports of a single-vehicle crash.
The driver, a 55-year-old man, was ejected from the Toyota Landcruiser 4WD after it left the road and hit a tree.
He died on the scene.
Police are continuing investigations leading to the crashes and will prepare separate reports for the coroner.
