After picking up the Hay leg of the series last weekend, the Griffith side was able to make a strong start to the second round of the competition with a hat-trick to speedster Tess Staines helping the Blacks to a 22-5 victory over Hay.
They were then able to back up that performance with a 27-5 win over the home side, Leeton before a 17-point win over the Cutters.
In their final pool and their second clash with the Phantoms, Griffith was able to take a commanding 42-5 victory to take plenty of confidence heading into the finals.
Four tries to Staines helped the Blacks secure a huge 39-0 win over Waratahs to send them into their second decider in as many weeks.
The day return to where it all started with another clash with Hay, and they were able to take away the silverware with a 26-0 victory.
Coach Lama Lolotonga was proud of the way his side performed across the two weekends.
"They have done a really good job," he said.
"A lot of the girls have experience with union, league tag and even playing league together, so they had a lot of experience right across the park."
Heading into 2021, which will be Lolotonga's first season in charge of the women's side he is confident these two weekends have the side heading in the right direction.
"I'm really looking forward to next year," he said.
"The girls are coming in and are always learning, and I think it is going to be a good year next year.
"We had some really high-quality players on the team. I think most of them will get picked for SIRU, so that is great for them as well."
Meanwhile, the men's 7s side finished in third position.
In a group alongside Hay and Deniliquin, the Blacks were able to go through undefeated and set up a semi-final rematch with Leeton.
The Phantoms were able to take the grand final spot with a 12-0 win over the Blacks, but the Griffith side was able to bounce back and secure third place with a win over Deniliquin.
