After finishing on top of the table in what was a closely contested season, the Red side was able to advance to the grand final off the back of a 35-21 win over rivals Leeton-Whitton in the semi-final.
Coach Annette Waide feels her side's success comes from their work when on the attack.
"That is what we have really concentrated on this year. Just trying to keep our shooting end strong and winning the game shooting our goals and whatever we can get in turnovers is a bonus," she said.
"They have really focused on keeping their centre pass, and that is what has made a big difference to their game because we have hardly had to play catch up.
"We have a predominantly bottom aged side this year, so we were probably a bit surprised to make the final. The girls have a lot of heart and have worked really hard.
"They are a good bunch of girls, and they get on really well, so I think that makes all of the difference."
The Griffith side will take on Narrandera after they came away with a 33-25 win over Griffith White in the other semi-final in Leeton over the weekend.
In the meetings earlier in the season the Red side was able to pick up a 41-34 in the first clash between the two sides before Narrandera reversed the score in their second meeting to take the points.
The Swans side came away with the win in their final meeting with a 52-32 victory in the final round of the regular season.
Waide admitted she wasn't too sure what to expect from the Narrandera side this weekend.
"They have been a bit unpredictable this year," she said.
"They beat us once, but we beat them well in the other two games, but they are that type of team and have some really good players.
"They will come out really tough on the weekend, so I'm expecting it to be quite a tough game."
