The home side was able to create the first clear cut chance of the afternoon with a long ball from Mason Donadel finding Jordan Serena, but the young winger was unable to keep his shot down.
White Eagles made no mistake with their first chance before taking advantage of a sin-binning to Serena to double their lead midway through the first half.
Dean Catanzariti took a long-range shot just before half time as the Yoogali side fought to get back into the game however the chance went just over the bar.
The home side started the second half brightly, and even after Dean Catanzariti was sent off for a second bookable offence, they tried to push for at least a draw.
The best chance to pull on back in the second half fell to Serena who got in behind the defence, and with the keeper off his line, the shot went just wide before the final whistle blew to see the White Eagles come away with a 2-0 win.
Coach Sante Donadel felt it came down to a bit of a slow start.
"We were losing the ball to easily, and it gave them a bit of a head start in the first half, and they capitalised," he said.
"They only had one shot at goal in the second half, and Luke (Armanini) pulled off a good save and apart from that they weren't able to create much from there.
"Going down to 10-men didn't help, but we just need a bit of experience in there."
Donadel was hopeful they would have Steve Crombie and Andrew Keady back from injury while Jordan Bavereso will return from suspension for next week's match.
"Hopefully we will get a few key players back next weekend," he said.
"The players are there we just can't seem to get them on the field at the same time, and when we did the first game, we won it.
"In the last two weeks, the lack of experience has hurt us."
Yoogali SC will take on Queanbeyan City next weekend in pursuit of their second win of the season.
