Sister Theresa Foley and Mrs Kay Scobie will co-host the seminars, with the first beginning on August 5.
The initial meeting in the Marian Room of Sacred Heart Church will discuss the origin of Mass, and why it is celebrated.
"We are hoping to help people understand Mass a bit more," Sr Foley explained.
"Sometimes we come to Mass as a routine, so we need to perhaps unfold it and see what it's all about."
The second session on August 12, an Introductory Rite and Liturgy of the Word.
All seminars throughout the month will be held between 10:30am and 12pm.
"This public worship is very important, particularly at this time," Sr Foley said.
"Everybody is welcome, we're having four weeks and we have some very good resources."
The third session will see an offertory and Liturgy of the Eucharist.
The fourth, Holy Communion to celebrate Christ's gift to the people, and sending the community forth to be life givers and heal the broken.
"We really need active participation, we need to be here and be part of the celebration, if that's at all possible," Sr Foley said.
"It's very important, particularly in this COVID time when we're so out of our depth, that we need God's help.
"Everybody is welcome and we'd like them to come."
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own Bible.
