Manager of Griffith Buslines, Sally Blair, says the additional and extended services will provide more travel choices for community members.
"We're pleased to be able to offer our customers an enhanced timetable starting on July 20," Ms Blair said.
"There will be 57 additional services to the bus network each day."
The new timetable is part of the NSW Government's 16 Regional Cities program, which aims to deliver more travel flexibility to regional communities.
Duty MLC for Murray, Wes Fang, says the extra services will provide better connections for customers when they need transport for work, school, health and recreational activities.
"We will be delivering additional services to the bus network in Griffith so that the local community has more access and more choice when it comes to travelling around our city," Mr Fang said.
"We have spoken to operators and the local council about what services would be of benefit and implemented network changes that will support improved connectivity.
"The additional trips will enable travel to and from employment, TAFE, dining, as well as connecting to the new rail service to Griffith."
Minister for Regional Transport and Roads, Paul Toole, said the changes would make public transport a valid option for people going about their daily duties.
"The 16 Regional Cities program marks another step forward in our efforts to build a stronger public transport offering across regional NSW that gives customers more choice and flexibility," Mr Toole said.
"This is about improving transport connectivity to support the growth of regional communities."
